Given Fashion Popcorn is something of a 21st century ‘salon’, it seems appropriate that Harriet, in her Hilary Flamingo guise and accompanied by Patty (surname escapes me) aka Ali Coco Epps, should be performing at the Blue Stocking Sex Education Night at Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club in East London on Thursday May 26th (that’d be tomorrow then.
For those not already in the cultural loop (I suspect I am patronising you all in even inserting this explanatory note), the blue stocking ladies were behind early salons and helped shape modern thought. I won’t bore you with the detail. Seems that Patty and Hills will be performing an all-new cookery/sex ed show and will no doubt rise to the occasion.
